Start with a free intro call to understand your goals, timeline, and target roles. From there, we'll recommend either the structured semester program or individual sessions based on what will move you fastest.
Semester Program
Our flagship option is a 4-month, 9-session mentorship program focused on resume mastery, recruiter screens, behavioral, case, and technical interview prep for tech and quant internships.
You'll work 1-on-1 with a mentor throughout a full recruiting cycle, with deliverables and accountability after every session.
Individual Sessions
If you only need help on a specific area like resume review, behavioral coaching, case prep, or recruiter screens, you can work with us through individual sessions.
You'll tell us what you want to work on in advance, and we'll focus the entire session on that outcome.
